Project Dream Catcher trains Indian Education liaisons to work with special educators to carry out behavior observations as part of evaluations and to incorporate cultural perspectives into decisions that are made for American Indian students.
The training will be provided by Govinda Budrow and Donna Patterson, Project Dream Catcher consultants from the Minnesota Department of Education.
